Functional Optical Surfaces and Layers

Tailored surfaces for various applications are generated by optical coatings. The Fraunhofer IOF develops surface functionalizations and multi-functional optical coating systems on plastic, glass, ceramics and metal for wavelenghts from extreme ultraviolet to infrared. Tailored optical coatings are made for surfaces with a variety of requirements.
